Summary: I highly recommend this exercise band.
... I quit the gym and work out at home with just this one band and pull up bar. I recommend this to any serious or novice exercise fan. The combination of exercises is limitless. The resistance of this band is for more advanced weight training. I'd equate this to lifting about 30-50 pounds (per arm) depending on the position. I plan on buying the heavier and lighter bands just to round out the set.

... Like others have said, this is no substitute for a hard core workout. Even the extra strength band. The band is high quality and the grips are very comfortable, which is probably the most important aspect of using this type of equipment. This IS great for travel for extra body part but the chest unless you have a pole or tree or the like to wrap it around behind you. I did not attempt any leg or ab exercises with it. It fit very well into my backpack. I use it sometimes at home but if anything more to help me stretch

It is not made to do cardio on - in my opinion, but for isometric exercises it is great! The one edge doesn't roll all the way down, but I just flip the mat over and use the other side and it flattens it enough for me. I enjoy the built in monitor which tracks your workout. I does not take up a lot of space. It arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. There were about 3 minor scratches on the surface and when I workout gives a weird odor like burnt rubber which isnt a good thing. One hole for a bolt was slightly off-center but I was able to assemble. I needed to adjust the angle of the seat to get comfortable position. I felt the computer display was too small to read compared to the expensive model at the gym. But I got used to it in a few days.
