Anorexia - Anorexia is a lack or loss of appetite, resulting in the inability to eat. Anorexia may result from poorly prepared or unattractive food or surroundings, unfavorable company, or various physical and psychological cause.
Buffed - As in a "finely buffed finish" - good muscle size and definition, looking good.

Glycemic Load - The measure of the density and digestion speed of carbohydrates (the glycemic index of a food multiplied by the amount of carbohydrates per serving). The goal of low carb eating is to keep the glycemic load low. Carrots, for example, even though they have a high glycemic index, have a much lower glycemic load than pasta because they are less carbohydrate-dense.

Temporary Muscular Failure (TMF) - That point an an exercise at which you have so fully fatigued the working muscles that they can no longer complete an additional repetition of a movement with strict form. You should always take your post - warm up sets at least to the point of momentary muscular failure, and frequently past that point. Also known as Failure.
