Baden, Holger (1892-1966) - Ran for Denmark in the 12K Cross Country race at the Stockholm Olympics. He did not finish the race though. National champ in 1911 on 10000m.

Sticking Point - A stalling of bodybuilding progress. Also that point in a movement at which you fail to continue the upward momentum of the bar.
Tergat, Paul - The Kenyan, that was unbeaten in 1996 in significant cross country races - retained his World Cross Country title and added the Iaaf World Cross Challenge award.
